Overview
Since inception, Cornucopia Capital has assisted on/raised over $2 billion of financing in respect of a variety of transactions including both M&A and Private Equity and originated and advised on numerous transactions for private equity clients
In particular, Cornucopia Capital assists management teams to raise equity financing for a wide range of transactions including buyouts, buy-ins and development capital, and has a long history of working successfully with Private Equity and High Net Worth Investors globally

Since 2008, Cornucopia Capital have advised and co-invested with several entrepreneurs on growth strategies and related financings, in particular the leisure and technology sectors.
